You must first activate the Continuity Service for the domain in the Control Panel.


Then deactivate the mail server. When EveryCloud sees the mail server is no longer accepting emails it will automatically delegate them to the Continuity/Webmail service. You can the login and view their emails via webmail:

To restore normal service you must first re-activate the mail server and then de-activate the Continuity Service.


The customer should be aware that this process is a time consuming one and it will result in an unknown delay in the reception/sending of emails during its operation..
