We cooperate with Microsoft to get these IP‘s from them directly. We regularly update the information from which IP ranges Microsoft send out emails and allow these IP‘s to send to our relay server. So simply add the customer's server IP or if they do not have one in place, a dummy entry (192.168.0.1) into the Outgoing field in the CP and everything will work as expected.
My customer uses Office 365 and they can use upwards of 50+ IP’s to send emails out on. Can you accommodate these multiple IP’s?
