Supported and unsupported syntax
Customer White-list:
Full domain without any regular expression variables and no @ sign:
For example : everycloudtech.com , if inserted under the customers white-list or user white-list ,would ensure that any emails being sent from the domain everycloudtech.com would bypass the info-mail and basic spam filtering .
Supported:
- everycloudtech.com
Any other variant will not work, although the system may accept the syntax:
Unsupported:
- *@everycloudtech.com
- @everycloudtech.com
- *everycloudtech.com
- .*everycloudtech.com
If you would like to white-list a subdomain of everycloudtech.com , for instance test.everycloudtech.com then you will need to enter test.everycloudtech.com as the full entry as the black/white-list TLD entry: everycloudtech.com will not automatically white-list all sub-domains of everycloudtech.com from within the black/white-list tab.
Regular expressions and the '@' sign are not supported within the customer black/white-list tab as the black/white-list tab does not provide a regular expression engine .
