
If you experince any problems viewing the content of the control panel or releasing emails from your spam report, you should as a first point of call, empty your flash cache.
You may complete this in the following 2 ways.
Option 1)
Paste this link into your browser search bar and hit return or simply click here

You will presented with the following image:
Click on the 'Delete all sites' and this will flush your browser cache of any existing flash remnants.
You may then click on 'Global Storage Settngs Panel' and deny Flash to cache further Flash elements to your browser.
- Set disk space to 0 KB of memory (n)
- and tick "Never ask again"
Close your browser completely and reopen - > navigate back to our control panel
Option 2)
If you already have the control panel open you should right click anywhere and you will presented with this option. ('Global Settings')
If you do not have the control panel open , please navigate to control.everycloudtech.com and then right click anywhere whereby you will presented with this option. ('Global Settings')
Click on 'Global Settings' and this will redirect you to this page:

You will need to click on the 'Website Storage Settings Panel' highlighted as above. This will take you to the below screen:
Click on the 'Delete all sites' and this will flush your browser cache of any existing flash remnants.
Close your browser completely and reopen - > navigate back to our control panel
