The maximum inbound and outbound total single email size is 100 MB; EveryCloud Technologies considers anything above this threshold to require a file sharing solution.
The total inbound and outbound email size can be set within customers inbound and outbound content filtering policies, accessible under the primary 'Management' tab - Sub tab 'Content filter'
Please ensure that you save any changes to the policy before exiting.
