Whitelisting in AppRiver
If you're filtering your emails with Appriver's Spamlab, whitelisting EveryCloud will enable our training notifications and simulated phishing test emails to reach your users. Follow these steps to whitelist EveryCloud:
1. Login to the AppRiver control panel.
2. Find the Filters tab and click it, then click on IP Addresses in the sidebar.
3. Beneath the Allowed IP Addresses panel, click ADD and input our IP addresses. Check this PAGE to see an updated list of our IP addresses.
Note: Adding our IP address to the Allowed IP Addresses means messages from our IP address will automatically pass all filtering checks except the virus checks.
