Whitelisting EveryCloud in VIPRE's Email Security spam filtering will enable all our phishing security test emails and training-related emails to get through to your end-users. You can also whitelist EveryCloud in VIPRE Endpoint Security so your users can access our phishing test landing pages.

Whitelisting by IP Address

We usually recommend whitelisting EveryCloud’s IP addresses in VIPRE’s spam filter. There are three ways to accomplish this in VIPRE Email Security:

  • Whitelisting EveryCloud from Connection Filtering

  • Adding EveryCloud’s IP addresses as an Allowed Sender for Anti Spoofing

  • Creating a Custom Rule for Spam Filtering

Whitelisting EveryCloud by Hostname

If you are unable to whitelist our IP addresses, another way to whitelist us is by our mail server hostnames. Check the Whitelisting Data and Anti-Spam Filtering Information to view a table of our mail server hostnames.
