How to Whitelist EveryCloud in VIPRE Email Security and Endpoint Security
Whitelisting EveryCloud in VIPRE's Email Security spam filtering will enable all our phishing security test emails and training-related emails to get through to your end-users. You can also whitelist EveryCloud in VIPRE Endpoint Security so your users can access our phishing test landing pages.
Whitelisting by IP Address
We usually recommend whitelisting EveryCloud’s IP addresses in VIPRE’s spam filter. There are three ways to accomplish this in VIPRE Email Security:

Whitelisting EveryCloud by Hostname
If you are unable to whitelist our IP addresses, another way to whitelist us is by our mail server hostnames. Check the Whitelisting Data and Anti-Spam Filtering Information to view a table of our mail server hostnames.

Whitelisting EveryCloud’s Landing Pages
Whitelisting our phishing and landing domains will enable your users to access the landing page attached to your phishing campaign(s). Follow these steps to do this in VIPRE Endpoint Security:
Contact EveryCloud’s support team[ADD LINK] and request for a list of root phish and landing domains.
Login to your VIPRE Endpoint Security control center.
Find and double-click on the policy you want to add an allowed domain to.
Expand your options by selecting Advanced Browser Protection. Next, click on Allowed Web Sites.
Click the Add button, then enter EveryCloud’s phishing and landing domain(s) in the Please enter domain field.
Click Apply, then click OK.
Note: You must manually add each domain to a policy one after the other. Although, once you have added a list of domains to a policy, you can easily copy the list to another policy by using the Copy To button.
Note: After following the instructions in this article, we suggest that you set up a test campaign to yourself or a small group of users to confirm that the process was successful. You can reach out to your service provider as a last resort.
